“Van Olst Sales” is going to auction around twenty, carefully selected, talented young 3-year-old ridden geldings (dressage horses), all stemming from the now renowned rearing (“Kweekvijver” (“Breeding ground”)) of Van Olst Horses. Some well-known names of the predecessors of the offered auction horses from the Van Olst Rearing are, of course, the flags horse ‘Valegro’ (most successful dressage horse ever) and Nip Tuck (together 50% of the silver British World Cup team in Caen), further Grand Prix horses such as: Numberto, Taikoen, Nintendo, Netto, Zidhane, etc. and of course top stallions such as: Chippendale, Diego Everdale, Fairytale, Glamourdale, etc.
In the rearing of Van Olst Horses young horses are brought up from foal, with great care and skill, whereby quality control, strict selection on disposition, health and character are “keywords”.
